一、 学科的历史沿革和现状

研究方向一:神经退行性疾病的病因及其防治对策

研究方向四:神经内分泌与神经肽

研究方向五:神经药理学

本研究方向的主要研究内容是利用癫痫模型和点燃方法作为研究神经科学的工具,揭示内源性活性物质、海洋活性物质、递质、第二信使,如腺苷、NE、NO、Ca2+亚博APP手机版参与神经与精神活动的机制。在国内外首次报告一种内源性MAO-B特异抑制因子2,3-吲哚醌(isatin也是海洋活性物质)对帕金森病模型有防治作用。学术带头人岳旺教授为中国抗衰老学会常务理事,青岛市专业技术拔尖人才。青岛市优秀留学归国人员和跨世纪青年学术工程技术带头人。近年来主持承担国家新药创制重点项目课题“抗帕金森病新药2,3-吲哚醌的临床前研究”,主持承担国家自然科学基金及多项省市级课题。获山东省科技进步有二、三等奖。获专利6项。

研究方向六:营养生理

三、 学术团队

谢俊霞教授,博士生导师,山东省有突出贡献的中青年专家,享受国务院政府特殊津贴,青岛市专业技术拔尖人才。国家生理学重点(培育)学科主任,山东省神经相关疾病机制与防治重点实验室和山东省神经科学研究中心主任。兼任中国生理学会副理事长,中国科学学会常务理事和神经内稳态与内分泌分会主任委员,山东省生理学会理事长,中国高等教育学会医学教育专业委员会常务理事,教育部教学指导委员会基础医学专业委员会委员。从事中枢多巴胺能神经系统在帕金森病发病机制中的作用及防治研究20年,目前主持国家自然科学基金重点项目、面上项目及海外港澳学者合作研究基金各1项,参与973计划课题1项。已主持完成973计划前期研究专项项目和课题各1项,国家自然科学基金4项及国家博士点专项基金,卫生部优秀青年基金,省自然科学基金,省教育厅和青岛市项目及海内外合作项目18项。首位研究成果获教育部自然科学二等奖、山东省科技进步一等奖、自然科学及科技进步二等奖各1项;中华医学科技奖三等奖、省医学科技创新一等奖、省高校优秀科研成果自然科学一等奖和青岛市科技进步一等奖各1项;获省首届研究生教学成果一等奖。国际SCI专业期刊发表研究论文40余篇,国内发表研究论文54篇。参编和编辑著作10余部。已培养毕业博士、硕士分获山东省“泰山学者”特聘教授、山东省首届自然科学杰出青年、山东省优秀博士和硕士学位论文奖、山东省研究生优秀科技创新奖和山东省优秀毕业生。

陈蕾教授亚博APP手机版,博士生导师,山东省“十一五”生理学重点学科带头人,香港中文大学神经生理学专业博士及博士后,英国牛津大学访问学者。山东省卫生系统第二批中青年重点科技人才,山东省生理学会秘书长、中国神经科学学会神经内稳态与内分泌分会、教育和继续教育工作委员会委员。主要运用脑片膜片钳、免疫电镜等实验手段,探讨脑内基底神经节突触传递的形态学、电生理学和功能学研究。近5年承担国家自然科学基金课题3项,国家博士点基金、山东省自然科学基金、山东省卫生厅和青岛市课题各1项。在神经科学领域SCI学术期刊发表18篇研究论文。应邀在国内生理学界权威杂志《生理学报》发表个人系列研究综述1篇,论文被多次引用。研究成果获山东省自然科学三等奖、山东省教育厅自然科学三等奖、青岛市自然科学二、三等奖。所培养的研究生获山东省优秀硕士学位论文奖1人,山东省研究生优秀科技创新成果奖2人。

周宇教授亚博APP手机版,博士生导师,“泰山学者”特聘教授,自1998年以来长期从事脑和神经科学及相关疾病的研究。在美国从事学习记忆的神经机制研究7年,学术论文曾发表在Nature Neuroscience, Nature Medicine, Science,J Neuroscience, PNAS等国际一流学术期刊。迄今为止共发表研究论文12篇(SCI收录10篇),撰写综述性文章3篇(SCI收录1篇),参加国际学术交流18次,研究成果曾获得多项国内、国际科研奖励。研究工作曾被推选在2008年美国神经科学年会,分子细胞认知协会年会上做大会发言并获得同行专家的好评。2009年受邀作为主要完成人之一为权威杂志Science撰写年度综述文章。参与承担/完成NIH等资助课题5项。现为美国科学协会 (AAAS)、国际神经化学学会、国际分子细胞认知协会和美国神经科学学会常务会员。2009年底受聘青岛大学生理学“泰山学者“特聘教授。2010年入选山东省“万人计划”第一层次人选。目前承担国家自然科学基金面上项目和青岛市科技局项目各1项。

蒋正尧教授亚博APP手机版,博士生导师, 山东省教学名师,卫生部表彰的优秀回国留学人员。中国生理学会学术工作委员会委员和消化内分泌专业委员会委员,山东省生理学双语示范课程负责人。研究方向:体重稳态的神经内分泌调控应用电生理、免疫组化、分子生物学和行为学方法,观察了饥饿激素ghrelin和厌食肽nesfatin-1对下丘脑、脑干孤束核葡萄糖敏感神经元兴奋性的调制作用,Ghrelin 和nesfatin-1调控摄食的中枢机制;Ghrelin受体在大鼠内脏迷走和脊髓传入神经通路的表达和激活;II型糖尿病患者空腹血浆nesfatin-1水平显著降低等。近5年主持国家自然基金面上项目3项。论文发表于《Brain Research》、《Regulatory Peptides》和《生理学报》等杂志。主编科学出版社出版的《人体生理学》,并参编人民卫生出版社出版的英文版《生理学》教材。

马爱国教授,山东省高校营养学重点学科负责人。博士生导师,中国营养学会常务理事、中国学生营养促进会理事。于1993~1994年英国Rowett研究所和2001~2002年美国Tufts大学访问学者,回国后从事营养与食品卫生学的教学和科研工作。

曲志强教授亚博APP手机版,博士生导师,青岛大学特聘教授,日本高知医科大学医学博士。美国Emory大学医学院细胞生物研究室博士后,讲师,助理教授。应用分子生物学,电生理及形态学等手段,探讨新发现的钙依赖型氯通道bestrophin 在视网膜黄斑变性发病机制中的作用。研究结果揭示bestrophin是一个存在于视网膜色素上皮细胞膜内具有双重功能的膜蛋白分子。它本身既是一个氯离子通道又是一个钙离子通道的调节蛋白。已在国际离子通道专业的一类核心SCI杂志如《Physiology Review》(影响因子:36.831),《Journal of Neuroscience》,《Journal of Biological Chemistry》上发表有关离子通道的分子生物学的研究论文20余篇。已发表的研究工作标志着在离子通道生理机能及其与黄斑变性疾病关系的研究领域处于国际领先地位。近5年主持承担国家自然科学基金2项,作为主要完成人参与山东省科技厅、山东省教育厅和青岛市科技局课题各1项。

徐珞教授,亚博APP手机版博士生导师,比利时鲁汶大学博士,助理教授,2003年作为引进人才回国工作。现任中国微循环学会理事,山东省病理生理学会副理事长,国际科技合作重点项目计划和国家自然科学基金评审专家。国际上首次克隆出第一例啮齿类动物(豚鼠)胃动素前体mRNA全长基因,并被美国基因库收录。国际上首次发现肌间神经丛中有胃动素和Ghrelin表达,且胃动素主要表达于抑制性运动神经元,而不是以往人们推论的兴奋性胆碱能运动神经元,该研究在美国旧金山举行的世界上享有很高声望的消化疾病周年会上做焦点口头发言。主持和参加了国际合作课题(中国-比利时国际合作课题2项,中国-美国国际合作课题1项),国家自然科学基金3项、省部级和厅局级科研课题5项,获省部级和厅局级科研成果奖4项。研究成果先后发表在国际和国内重要刊物60余篇,其中13篇被SCI收录。

李荣贵教授,山东省高校天然色素重点实验室主任,博士生导师,山东省青年科技奖获得者,被评为青岛市专业技术拔尖人才。北京大学生命科学学院理学博士,美国National Jewish Medical & Research Center博士后。目前主要开展功能蛋白质的结构与功能以及天然产物的提取及其生物学活性研究。以第二承担人承担国家自然科学基金重点项目1项,973前期专项基金项目1项,主持国家自然科学基金1项,山东省科技厅计划项目3项,青岛市科技计划项目2项,发表论文40余篇,其中SCI收录论文11篇,以首位获山东省科技进步三等奖1项,青岛市科技进步二等奖1项,山东省教育厅优秀科研成果三等奖1项,以第七位获教育部自然科学一等奖1项,申请国家发明专利11项,已获授权4项,荣获霍英东教育基金会青年教师奖。为《Biogranic and Medical Chemistry Letter》, 《Comparative Biochemistry and Physiology》,科学通报等杂志评阅人。

姜宏教授,博士生导师,山东省首届自然科学杰出青年,山东省卫生系统第四批中青年重点科技人才,山东省生理学会副秘书长,中国神经科学学会神经内稳态与内分泌分会委员,青岛市青年科技奖获得者。主持山东省自然科学杰出青年基金1项,教育部霍英东教育基金课题1项,山东省教育厅,山东省卫生厅和青岛市科技局课题各1项。已主持完成国家自然科学基金2项、山东省优秀中青年科学家科研奖励基金、山东省卫生厅和青岛市科技项目各1项。2001年以来在国际SCI期刊发表论文《Neurobiology of Aging》,《Cell Research》, 《Experimental Neurology》等发表论文20篇。以首位的研究成果获山东省科技进步三等奖、山东省高校优秀科研成果自然科学一等奖、青岛市科技进步二等奖和青岛市自然科学二等奖等。以主要完成人(第二位)的研究成果获教育部自然科学二等奖、山东省科技进步一等奖,自然科学及科技进步二等奖各1项。参编和参译著作4部。

陈文芳教授,香港理工大学博士、博士后。硕士生导师,山东省卫生系统第五批中青年重点科技人才,中国生理学会青年工作委员会委员,生理教研室副主任。主要从事植物雌激素分子作用机制及神经保护作用的研究。主持承担国家自然科学基金课题2项,山东省自然科学基金、山东省优秀中青年科学家科研奖励基金和山东省教育厅课题各1项。作为主要完成人完成山东省教育厅和山东省卫生厅和青岛市科技局课题各1项。在国际SCI期刊《J Clin Endocrinol Metab》,《J Neurochem 》, 《Br J Pharmacol 》, 《Br J Nutr 》等发表论文15篇;在国内核心期刊发表论文18篇。以首位的研究成果获山东省自然科学三等奖、山东省高校优秀科研成果自然科学二等奖和三等奖各1项。以主要完成人的研究成果获山东省科技进步二等奖、山东省教育厅科技进步二等奖、青岛市科技进步一等奖和二等奖各1项。作为主要完成人获获山东省首届研究生教学成果一等奖和山东省教学成果二等奖。
